Students in the Information Support and Services Pathway prepare for careers that involve the implementation of computer services and software, provision of technical assistance, creation of technical documentation, and management of information systems. Mastery of information technologies is the foundation for all successful business organizations today. Persons with expertise in information support and services are in high demand for a variety of positions in business and industry.
Microsoft Office Specialist: PowerPoint (Prep) prepares students for the MOS: Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010 certification.
Interested students should complete a course interest form and return it to the counseling office at their high school.
Requirement: Current enrollment in Arroyo Valley, Cajon, San Andreas, San Bernardino, or Sierra High School

Arroyo Valley High School: Vincent Warsaw, Teacher
Mr. Warsaw is entering his 6th year in the Career Technical Department at Arroyo Valley High School. He taught for three years in the Inglewood Unified School District before coming to the district. Mr. Warsaw received his Bachelors of Science Degree with the emphasis of Computer Information Systems from California State University Dominguez Hills and his Masters in Education from National University.

Mr. Austin joins Career Technical Education as Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Prep teacher. He received his Master of Arts Degree in Teaching with a specialization in Educational Technology from National University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration Management from California State University of San Bernardino.

Dr. Jack White has been part of the CTE team for 6 years. Prior to teaching he gained experience in the electric utility industry. He has held management positions in law, public relations, and marketing departments. Dr. White graduated from Abilene Christian University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bible; California State University in Pomona, with a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (MBA); and Western State University College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
