Foods and Nutrition		   The Food Service and Hospitality Pathway focuses on the key aspects of the industry. Students pursuing this career pathway have in-depth, hands-on experiences that emphasize industry awareness, sanitation and safe food handling, food and beverage production and service, nutrition, food service management, and customer service.

Interested students should complete a course interest form   and turn it in to the counseling  office at your high school.

    San Gorgonio High School: Melanie Sypherd, Teacher  

    Ms. Sypherd received her industry experiance working for the Wendy's Restaurant Corporation and in customer service for Albertson Supermarkets. She attended Tuskegee University and received her BS degree in Apparel and Merchandizing Management at Cal Poly Pomona.
