A+ Students   A+ Certification (Prep) is a one year course that focuses on the repair and maintenance of computer systems.  Students will repair basic computer faults as well as learn techniques to help avoid problems that may occur in the future.  The course curriculum will assist students in preparing to take the industry-recognized CompTia A+ Certification Exam.

 Teacher: LaMont Carroll, San Bernardino High School

Mr. Carroll joins Career Technical Education after working in industry for 13 years. He has his a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance/Computer Information systems  and a Master in Career Technical Education.. Mr. Carroll has been a teacher at San Bernardino High School for 10 years.  In addition to Cisco Networking, he also teaches Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
